In the sixth-season opener, the heroes plot to halt Hyde, and Emma develops a curious side effect. Meanwhile, refugees from the Land of Untold Stories invade Storybrooke; Regina and Zelena become roommates; and in a flashback, Jafar confronts Aladdin.

Season 06, Episode 02 – “A Bitter Draught”
Belle wants to hide from Gold, so she turns to Hook for assistance. Meanwhile, a mysterious man linked to the Evil Queen arrives in town; the Evil Queen tries to persuade Zelena to align with her; and Emma shares her frightening premonition with Archie.

Season 06, Episode 03 – “The Other Shoe”
Regina tries bribing Mr. Hyde in order to gain intel on the Evil Queen. Meanwhile, Snow helps Dr. Jekyll find a laboratory; David makes a deal with Gold; Ashley looks for her stepfamily; and in a flashback, Cinderella attends a life-changing ball.

Season 06, Episode 04 – “Strange Case”
Hook tries to safeguard Belle from Gold, who’s keeping her confined on the pirate ship. Meanwhile, the Evil Queen and Hyde keep searching for Dr. Jekyll’s serum; Snow returns to teaching; and in a flashback, Dr. Jekyll receives some costly help from Rumplestiltskin.

Season 06, Episode 05 – “Street Rats”
The Evil Queen dupes Hook and the Charmings and makes Emma share her secret. Meanwhile, Regina and the heroes try to find out what happened to Aladdin; and in a flashback, Jasmine and Aladdin go to the Cave of Wonders, where Aladdin’s fate is revealed.

Season 06, Episode 06 – “Dark Waters”
Archie must be saved from Zelena, so Regina, Snow and David mount a rescue mission. Meanwhile, Emma tries to persuade Aladdin to join forces with Jasmine and assist Agrabah; and in a flashback, Hook is held captive on Captain Nemo’s submarine.

Season 06, Episode 07 – “Heartless”
Snow and David must surrender their hearts if they want to save Storybrooke and its inhabitants from the Evil Queen. Meanwhile, a magical sapling is sought; and in a flashback, Snow tries to elude the Woodcutter as David plans to sell his family’s farm.

Season 06, Episode 08 – “I’ll Be Your Mirror”
Emma and Regina devise a plan to trap the Evil Queen. Meanwhile, Snow and David adapt to life apart; the Evil Queen poses as Regina to give Henry some bad advice; and Zelena and Aladdin try to help protect Belle and her unborn baby from Gold.

Season 06, Episode 09 – “Changelings”
A bond of sisterhood changes forever after Gold instructs the Evil Queen to kill Zelena. Meanwhile, a sacrifice made by Belle affects all of Storybrooke; Jasmine discovers a lamp with no genie; and in a flashback, Rumple kidnaps Jack and Jill’s son.

Season 06, Episode 10 – “Wish You Were Here”
A magic lamp is stolen by the Evil Queen, and the wish she makes could sideline the Savior permanently. Meanwhile, David, Hook and Henry attempt to thwart the Evil Queen; and Belle and Gold confront an unexpected danger facing their newborn son.

Season 06, Episode 11 – “Tougher Than the Rest”
Gideon makes a confession to Belle and Gold concerning his past whereabouts. Meanwhile, David and Hook try to stop Gideon from confronting Emma; Regina worries that an alternate world presents a better outcome; and Emma learns how to change her fate.

Season 06, Episode 12 – “Murder Most Foul”
Before Hook takes the next step in his relationship with Emma, he wants to make sure David sees him as more than just a pirate. So when David asks Hook to help him uncover the truth about his father’s death, Hook agrees. Meanwhile, Regina works to acclimate Robin to life in Storybrooke, but soon discovers he has a dark side that makes the task much more complicated than she anticipated.

Season 06, Episode 13 – “Ill-Boding Patterns”
Gideon resumes his mission to kill Emma, so Gold takes steps to protect Gideon from the taint of dark magic. Meanwhile, Robin forms a questionable alliance; Emma learns Hook’s been keeping a secret; and in a flashback, Beowulf goes after Rumplestiltskin.

Season 06, Episode 14 – “Page 23”
The Evil Queen sets out to eliminate Regina, using Robin to bait the trap. Meanwhile, Hook seeks advice from his old pal Captain Nemo, but Gideon torpedoes his plan; and in a flashback, the Evil Queen learns a lesson about the true source of her misery.

Season 06, Episode 15 – “A Wondrous Place”
Hook’s trapped in another realm along with the Nautilus’ crew, so Regina and Snow try to get Emma’s mind off of Hook’s disappearance. Meanwhile, in a flashback, Jasmine befriends Ariel and they search for Prince Eric as the threat from Jafar intensifies.

Season 06, Episode 16 – “Mother’s Little Helper”
Gold and Belle convince Emma to help Gideon stop the Black Fairy. Meanwhile, Regina seeks counsel from the previous Author when Henry’s powers go haywire; Hook bets a prized possession on a game of cards; and in a flashback, young Gideon is tortured by the Black Fairy.

Season 06, Episode 17 – “Awake”
Hook aligns with Tiger Lily in Neverland, where they take on the Lost Boys. Meanwhile, Regina works to break David and Snow’s sleeping curse; Gold and the Black Fairy reach an impasse; and flashbacks reveal what Snow and Charming sacrificed for Emma.

Season 06, Episode 18 – “Where Bluebirds Fly”
Zelena befriends a woodcutter who’s been cursed and needs to find a new heart in a flashback. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke, Zelena defies Regina’s wishes and tries to stop the Black Fairy; and the Charmings disagree over Emma and Hook’s wedding plans.

Season 06, Episode 19 – “The Black Fairy”
A flashback about Fiona and Rumple’s fairy godmother reveals Rumple’s destiny was prophesied, and Fiona did everything in her power to keep it from happening. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke, Rumple faces a dilemma similar to one his mother once faced.

Season 06, Episode 20 – “The Song in Your Heart”
A wish for Emma’s protection is made by her parents in a flashback, and the result has the entire kingdom bursting into song. Meanwhile, the Black Fairy plans to unleash another curse on Storybrooke as Emma and Hook prepare for their wedding.

Season 06, Episode 21 – “The Final Battle Part 1; The Final Battle Part 2”
In the sixth-season finale, Henry awakens to a cursed Storybrooke where the Black Fairy reigns as mayor and Emma has been in a mental hospital. Meanwhile, Snow, Charming, Regina, Zelena and Hook are trapped in a crumbling Fairy Tale Land.
