An evil Duke attempts to kill and collect the blood of a royal family of European vampires in order to become all powerful. The only surviving member of the family travels to Hong Kong, only to complicate his struggle by falling in love with a mortal girl who just happens to have a vampire hunter for a brother.

Top agent Reeve (Ekin Cheng) works for a secret organization dedicated to ridding the world of the fanged menace, and though his razor-sharp fighting skills — not to mention and the occasional dose of vampire blood — give him an edge over your typical vampire slayer, his new partner, Gypsy (Gillian Chung), also possesses formidable skills. When Reeve learns that his younger sister Helen (Charlene Choi) is romantically linked with a sensitive, new-age vampire prince, Kazaf (Edison Chen), who possesses the final piece of the puzzle needed for the dreaded Duke Dekotes (Mickey Hardt) to overpower humankind and rule the Earth, Reeve, Gypsy, and a reluctant Helen soon jump into action. Combine their skills with that of a quick-kicking paramedic (Jackie Chan), and the human race just may stand a chance for survival after all.

The story tells about how men are treated like slaves while women rule, because the queen hated men. She thought that her lover, Wei Liao, had betrayed her and so she became evil. There is one man to overthrow the Queen, the Star of Rex. He would be the owner of the Excalibur and bring back the balance of the two genders. A cruel empress, a place where men are subservient to women. The empress’ reign is disturbed by a prophecy saying a boy will rise to become king, and restore the male regime. Char, a humble boy, is born to be emperor. He and his adopted brother, Leaf, perform in a traveling show run by their adopted father, Blackwood (Tony Leung). Thanks to their friend, Lao (Edison Chen), the pair receive a stone with a map engraved on it. They set out on a quest for the treasure that the map is supposed to reveal. Two lovely yet lethal female warriors, Blue and Spring, join the boys on their journey. The youngsters encounter various challenges before they meet General Lone, a master swordsman who seeks to overthrow the empire. To do so he must first duel the Lord Of Armour.
