As Alex and Sammy enter their senior years at Blue Mountain State, they get a contract saying that the goat house is being taken away. In order to save it, Alex goes to Thad asking for help. Thad will only help him if Alex makes the biggest and baddest party ever at the Goat House which is called Thadland. Thad gives Alex $50 million dollars to start making the party and Alex makes the best party ever and eventually saves the goat house.
