When a tropical storm forces an offshore drilling company to evacuate non-essential personnel from the “Charlie” oil rig, the small but experienced crew left behind settles in to ride out the storm. Isolated on the rig, their routine night is interrupted when a crew member goes missing and an extensive search proves futile. What a WINNER! Haven’t seen a crime thriller this good in ages, with such fast moving pace but excellent character development at the same time.

A heart wrenching movie. Quite a surprise, topical clever and compulsive viewing. This film did run true to life in many ways, the characters are easy to identify with… and the intensity of the heart grips us deep in this chilling movie, Incendiary.

A fantastic thriller about the true story of the brutal Zodiac Killer. ZODIAC feels like it was made by a perfectionist, everything flows so smoothly. It never lets up and the suspense is always there, which becomes unsettling when you realize that these events actually took place. Zodiac is simply a terrific, suspense-filled film that will keep you glued to your seat.

Based on Robert Graysmith’s book, the movie’s focus is the lives and careers of the detectives and newspaper people.

‘Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair’ Has Small Changes That Produce Big Results! Ever since Kill Bill Volume 1 was released in 2003, we’d been hearing that writer/ director Quentin Tarantino ultimately planned on releasing both halves in one epic package. Kill Bill Volume 2 came out a year later and it seemed like a logical time for the big reveal. Nope.
Then, in 2004, Tarantino showed a combined version of the film at the Cannes Film Festival that became known as Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair. We thought that meant general audiences would finally get to see it in some way but alas, that was not the case. Amazon put up a page about it, images of box art leaked online and Tarantino himself said they were working on a new animation sequence but still, there was nothing. Years passed and finally Tarantino’s theater, the New Beverly Cinema in Los Angeles, was permitted to show the film theatrically for the first time in the United States.
