Disturbing and poignant, beautiful and horrifying, Upsetting and yet a triumph. One will be surprised at just how good this film is. To say this is a classic vampire tale leaves out a great deal of what makes this film truly special.
Oskar, a bullied 12-year old, dreams of revenge. He falls in love with Eli, a peculiar girl. She can’t stand the sun or food and to come into a room she needs to be invited.
