5 Days of August’ is about the Russian-Georgian war in 2008. For most people this conflict is too complicated to understand. That’s exactly what this film tries to explain. Not an easy task. Even before the film was released, Russian state media already condemned it. That alone is reason enough to watch this film. A pretty darn good movie with some great special effects and an intelligent screenplay!

A war between Russia and Georgia, and focused on an American journalist, his cameraman, and a Georgian native who become caught in the crossfire. The plot is built around the travails of Rupert Friend’s character Thomas Anders, an American reporter, amid the chaos of invasion by Russian forces and irregular mercenaries.

Scandalous is a romantic drama about three couples that get together after the death of an important person in their lives and discover a tangled web of infidelity and deceit. In the wake of his grandmother’s passing, prominent gym owner Joshua gathers with friends and family to honor her memory, but finds the bittersweet reunion overshadowed by deception and adultery.

No matter what your body type, this DVD is for you. It details from multiple angles, each move; and with an array of different sized men AND women. I personally have never been great with trying to imagine just what is being explained in a book. With this DVD I saw and heard the moves explained and was able to follow along in my own living room with a simple stick until I was able to get the form down. The DVD is a must for anyone into weights. If you are a veteran or a novice, this speaks directly to you!
