The eleventh season of RuPaul’s Drag Race began airing on February 28, 2019. The cast for this season features fourteen new queens and one returning queen who were announced via a live video on January 24, 2019, hosted by season 10 winner Aquaria and Adam Rippon. Season 10 contestant Vanessa Vanjie Mateo returned to the competition.
