In the second part of the animated Ritter adventure on the basis of the popular children’s books, Scrapland is in the bankruptcy. The cost of knight rust and his colleagues, who take care of scrap metal, are much too high. King Bleifuß draws the consequences and wants to announce his resignation – he should have seen this financial crisis come. All the knights are dismissed, which is very well suited to the courtwriter Ratzefummel, because in this way he can completely put Scrapland into his power and turn him into a police state.
