Hammer House of Horror is a British television series made in 1980. An anthology series created by Hammer Films in association with Cinema Arts International and ITC Entertainment, it consists of thirteen 51-minute episodes, originally broadcast on ITV. Each self-contained episode features a different kind of horror. These vary from witches, werewolves and ghosts to devil-worship and voodoo, but also include non-supernatural horror themes such as cannibalism, confinement and serial killers.

Sandra Larson has always been fascinated by the entire sensory experience surrounding death: its touch, smell and look. As a child, she would search out dead animals and perform ritualistic burials. As a young woman, Sandra gets a job at Wallis Funeral Home, first as a general assistant, then progressing to study to become an embalmer. At the funeral home, she begins to take her fascination with death to the next level by becoming a necrophiliac. But she also begins her first ever relationship with Matt, a medical student, with who she is totally open about her necrophilia. He finds this aspect of her compelling. He becomes all consumed with her as she is consumed with dead people. The questions become how far he will take this fascination with her to understand fully what is going through her emotional being, how far she will allow him to go, and how far can her feelings for him extend as a live being.
BURNING tells the story of three individuals and a mysterious incident they experience. Jongsu bumps into an old friend, Haemi, on a part-time delivery job. Haemi asks Jongsu to take care of her cat while she leaves on a trip to Africa. When she returns, Haemi introduces Jongsu to Ben, a man she met in Africa. One day, Ben and Haemi pay Jongsu a visit, and Ben reveals his secret interests to Jongsu.
The film opens on a character known only as “Le Dormeur.” After waking up one morning, he somehow locates and opens a secret door in his apartment, and wanders into a packed movie house where an audience watches King Vidor’s classic The Crowd and a giant dog wanders up and down the aisles. Meanwhile, Oscar rides to work in a white limousine driven by his close friend and associate Céline; Oscar’s job, it seems, involves using makeup, elaborate costumes, and props to carry out a number of complex and unusual scenarios. Of these, one has the actor performing an action sequence and simulated sex with an actress on a soundstage while he’s filmed by an off-camera director. Another sequence puts him in a sewer with Monsieur Merde, a character who first appeared in Carax’s segment in the omnibus picture Tokyo!; here, Merde falls in love with a beautiful model, Kay M., who accompanies him on a jaunt through a cemetery. Subsequent episodes cast Oscar in a deathbed melodrama, a gangster film, a musical alongside pop star Kylie Minogue, and much more.
Cybill is a comedy revolving around Cybill Sheridan, a working actress in Los Angeles with a stop-start career, complicated by an eccentric extended family that includes two daughters and a couple of ex-husbands. Her best friend, Maryann Thorpe, is a rich-by-settlement divorcee with a twisted sense of humor, who is a certified alumna of the Betty Ford Clinic (but in need of a refresher course). Cybill’s elder daughter, Rachel, is conservative, married, has one child – and is Cybill’s polar opposite. Cybill’s live-in daughter, Zoey, is a brooding 18-year-old.
Every village, every person, has a secret… none more so than the inhabitants of this isolated, murky village whose fate relies on the luring of two unsuspecting pawns to satisfy their appetite and determine their being.
