Saichi Sugimoto, a former military man nicknamed ”Immortal Sugimoto,” learns of the existence of a huge amount of gold bullion stolen from the Ainu people. The stage of the battle moves to Abashiri Prison, where Nopperabo, who knows all the mysteries, is imprisoned.
