On December 21 1988 Pan Am Flight 103 exploded in the skies over Scotland killing all 259 people on board and a further 11 on the ground in the town of Lockerbie in Dumfries and Galloway. Abdelbaset al-Megrahi the only man convicted of the bombing was sentenced to life in prison but he was controversially freed in 2009 on compassionate grounds. Twenty-five years after the atrocity this documentary tells the story of the worst terrorist attack in Britain hearing from eyewitnesses and those affected.
