In the snow-covered Catskills, young hikers first mysteriously lose their map and hiking poles, later falling prey to terrible fears during the night with the emergence of ominous feelings of dread and strange noises coming from the dark. Are they being watched? Followed? Hunted? Their terrors take an even more unexpected turn when they realize they have traveled far from their expected route.
