Gordon Ramsay is back with Next Level Chef, the next evolution in cooking competitions. The series features a one-of-a-kind culinary gauntlet – which Ramsay designed — set on an iconic stage like you’ve never seen. Over three stories high, each floor contains a stunningly different kitchen. From the glistening top floor to the challenging bottom of the basement, the ingredients will match the environment, because Ramsay believes the true test of a great chef is not only what they can do in the best of circumstances, but what kind of magic they can create in the worst! With a level playing field, Ramsay has opened up the competition and scoured the country for the very best line cooks, home chefs, social media stars, food truck owners and everything in between, all competing against one another with the goal of finding the food world’s newest superstar. Joined by two elite names in the food world, chefs Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais, Ramsay and his co-mentors will leave no stone unturned, as they each recruit a group of the talented young chefs, and take them under their wings. Ramsay and his friends will attempt to bring out the very best in their cooks, as they all try to find “the one.”

Season 4, Episode 01 – “Social Media Chef Audition”
Eight social media chefs kick off the competition.

Season 4, Episode 02 – “Home Chef Auditions”
The auditions continue with the next group to show off their culinary skills – the home cooks.

Season 4, Episode 03 – “Pro Chef Auditions”
It’s the final round of auditions, where eight professional chefs must impress the judges in order to advance to the next stage.

Season 4, Episode 04 – “Ciao Down”
The 15 chefs who qualified for the draft are matched with their mentors and are given their first team challenge; each chef must create an incredible Italian dish.

Season 4, Episode 05 – “Grills Gone Wild”
The chefs battle it out to make the best barbecue feast; in the elimination round, two chefs go head-to-head and make an elevated dish using cauliflower.

Season 4, Episode 06 – “Shoyu My Ramen”
The mentors challenge the chefs to make the most impressive ramen dish while reaching from a fast moving platform that moves up and down each level throughout the entire challenge.

Season 4, Episode 07 – “The Menu”
The chefs work together to create a cohesive five-course meal, with the help of a few surprise sous chefs; to succeed in this challenge, the chefs must count on one another’s culinary and communication skills.

Season 4, Episode 08 – “Beat the Heat”
The remaining chefs are tasked with oven roasting, steaming or deep frying.

Season 4, Episode 09 – “The Thunderdome”
For the first time in the competition, the chefs are no longer working on teams and must survive the next cooking challenge on their own.

Season 4, Episode 10 – “A Very Special O’ Cajun”
The remaining chefs are tasked with cooking Cajun dishes that blend southern flare with French influence; the chef who creates the best dish receives a coveted time token that gives them a major advantage in the next challenge.

Season 4, Episode 11 – “Tapas In”
The chefs experiment with Spanish cuisine; three chefs serve up vibrant plates of paella.

Season 4, Episode 12 – “Bad to the Bone”
The six chefs must cook protein with the bone in, which is no small feat in the essence of time.

Season 4, Episode 13 – “Always Crust Your Instincts”
The five remaining chefs are tasked with putting a twist on a classic: recreating Gordon Ramsay’s signature beef Wellington without beef; two chefs are safe from elimination, while the remaining three chefs battle it out one last time.

Season 4, Episode 14 – “Final Level”
The final three chefs have made it to the final round of the competition and have proven that they have what it takes to claim the title of Next Level Chef champion. But first, they must create an outstanding three-course meal in just 90 minutes.
