In Hell’s Kitchen, aspiring chefs are put through an intense culinary academy to prove they possess the right combination of ingredients to win a life-changing grand prize.

Season 22, Episode 01 – “The Dream Begins”
The theme of Season 22 of Hell’s Kitchen is “The American Dream” and eighteen diverse contestants have come from all over America to follow their dream to work for Chef Gordon Ramsay. In the season premiere episode, contestants will set out to impress Chef Ramsay in the Signature Dish Challenge after being divided into two teams. After meeting some inspirational American icons including boxer Oscar De La Hoya and country music superstar Martina McBride, the winning team will be rewarded with a private dinner party with Chef Ramsay, while the loosing team is left behind to clean up the filthy kitchens.

Season 22, Episode 02 – “Tad Overwhelming”
When the contestants must deliberate on which chef makes the best scallops, tensions run high. A rocky first dinner service for both teams involves raw meat and bad communication. After serving stars like Garcelle Beauvais, Oscar de La Hoya, and Martina McBride, Chef Ramsay must decide who will not make the cut.

Season 22, Episode 03 – “Citizens of Hell’s Kitchen”
Preparing brunch for new American citizens; serving Victor Cruz, Bobby Berk, Alaska and Liam Pace.

Season 22, Episode 04 – “Gimme an H!”
The contestants are put to the test when they must cook one of eight inspired, elevated takes on an American comfort food dish be it a cheeseburger, mac n’ cheese, or even a lobster roll! Some dishes miss the mark, but the lucky winning team prevails and wins a glorious overnight getaway to Santa Barbara. The losing team must bake a behemoth of bread by hand grinding the flour using a mortar and pestle. When the contestants’ third dinner service comes around and they must serve the likes of actress Jennie Garth and model Nikki Howard they feel the heat.

Season 22, Episode 05
It is finally time for the infamous Surf & Turf relay challenge where the chefs will taste and identify mystery proteins as quickly as possible. Some chefs ace the taste test while others crash and burn. The losers will have to break down entire salmons for dinner service while the winners spend some quality time with Chef Ramsay learning how to axe-throw. The evening’s dinner service is attended by actor Dolph Lundgren, and singer/choreographer Paula Abdul.

Season 22, Episode 06
The Chefs go head-to-head in a soccer themed cuisine fusion challenge with legend, Alexi Lalas. Can the chefs fuse Japanese, French, Thai, Italian and other cuisines without falling flat? Legendary fusion chef, Tony Messina, will be the judge of that. Afterwards the chefs compete in a chaotic dinner service and attempt to impress NFL Hall-of-Famer Eric Dickerson and actress and television host Melissa Rivers.

Season 22, Episode 07 – “All Up in Your Grills”
With an intense BBQ challenge judged by Pit Master Aaron Franklin, and a star-studded dinner service with music superstar G-Eazy, Pawn Stars host Rick Harrison, Miss Idaho and Miss California, both teams are fighting to come out on top. Chef Ramsey decides which not so “grill-iant” chef will be the next to go home.

Season 22, Episode 08
Tensions rise as the chefs face their most difficult challenge yet: communication. The contestants are each assigned to cook one of the top 5 cuisines in America, but the challenge gets turned on its head and shines the spotlight on a select few contestants. While the losing team sifts through trash, and the winning team enjoys massages and a surprise meal, no one is safe from a one-on-one meeting with Chef Ramsey.

Season 22, Episode 09 – “More Bang for Your Buck”
The chefs are given a crash course in business as they learn it takes much more than heart to run a restaurant – it takes money. After revered chef and restaurateur Suzanne Goin rates the chefs’ dishes, it is time for dinner service, where multiple close calls leave a few chefs barely scraping by. Tonight’s dinner guests include actress Elodie Yung and influencer Liza Koshy.

Season 22, Episode 10
Olympic champion Jordan Chiles shows the chefs how to find balance in a gymnastics-themed challenge while they are tasked to impress guest judge, Chef Evan Funke with four signature pasta dishes. While serving Beach Volleyball Olympic Gold Medalist Alix Klineman and actor and comedian Kel Mitchell, some chefs are praised for rising as leaders while others crash and burn. See which chefs stand tall and which ones fall off the beam.

Season 22, Episode 11 – “A Hellish Food Fight”
The infamous blind food taste test returns with a new out-of-this-world challenge. During dinner service, problems with scallops and soufflés reveal the differences between leaders and losers. The pressure is on in the kitchen for dinner service as the chefs serve stars such as former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, actresses Rosanna Arquette and Emily Tosta, as well as actor Greg Germann in a charity night supporting The People Concern and Teen Cancer America.

Season 22, Episode 12 – “A Hell’s Kitchen Special Delivery”
It is time for Chef Ramsay to hand out the legendary black jackets. Determined to win the coveted black jacket, the chefs play a high stakes game of craps to determine the dishes they will be making for this week’s first challenge. It will take three challenges to determine which chefs are ultimately worthy of standing amongst the greats.

Season 22, Episode 13
After a wild night, it is back to the kitchen, where the chefs learn that influence can make or break their future when they prepare to impress Chef Ramsey’s 100 million social media followers in the presentation challenge. During dinner service, the chefs attempt to impress guests with renowned influence including, actors Kate Flannery, Mary Lynn Rajskub, singer Gavin Rossdale and RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Bob the Drag Queen. After many mistakes on each station, Gordon makes a shocking decision.

Season 22, Episode 14 – “Don’t Be Fooled”
It’s a race to the finale, as the chefs are faced with a Hell’s Kitchen Grand Prix challenge with a twist. During dinner service, the chefs are put to the test to see if they have the attention to detail it takes to run a kitchen with a few tricks thrown in by Chef Ramsay. Tasked with impressing guest diners including NY Jets Solomon Thomas, Superstore’s Lauren Ash, Hot One’s Host Sean Evan and former Journey lead singer Jeff Scott Soto, find out which chefs will be taking a victory lap, and which ones will fall flat.

Season 22, Episode 15 – “And Then There Were Two”
The pressure is on, as the Hell’s Kitchen finale closes in! The final three contestants face their last challenge before the final dinner service by impressing guest chefs Brian Malarkey, Curtis Stone, Giada De Laurentiis, Michael Cimarusti and Nyesha Arrington.

Season 22, Episode 16 – “One Hell of an American Dream”
The final two contestants battle to the crown when they are tasked with designing a menu for their kitchen and showing Chef Ramsay they have what it takes to be his head chef. Finally, after sixteen weeks of explosive meltdowns and explosive meals, one chef is crowned winner and the next head chef of Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas, securing $250,000 and finally achieving their American dream.
