Sister Boniface Mysteries centers on Sister Boniface, who is using advanced techniques for tracking down killers and acts as a scientific advisor to the police, working alongside Detective Inspector Sam Gillespie and Detective Sergeant Felix Livingstone.

Season 2, Episode 01 – “Don’t Try This At Home”
Great Slaughter plays host to the summer roadshow of kids’ TV show ‘Jolly Roger’, much to the annoyance of editor Dinah Morgan. Timbers are soon shivered however when Dinah is discovered smothered onset during a live show. Sister Boniface is called in to investigate who could have committed the deed.

Season 2, Episode 02 – “The Shadow Of Baron Battenburg”
A sighting of the mysteriously missing Baron Battenberg sends the press and police into a frenzy. Determined to uncover the facts, Ruth and Sam go undercover at the Pranayama retreat, run by the Baron’s widow Marion Grey and brother Edwin Battenberg.

Sister Boniface of Saint Vincent’s Convent helps solves crimes in the village of Great Slaughter.

Season 2, Episode 04
Dinah is soon discovered smothered on set during a live show; Sister Boniface is called to investigate.

Season 2, Episode 05 – “Scoop”
The body of a high-level government official’s secretary is found at the bottom of a staircase – and Sister Boniface claims she was dead before the fall.

Season 2, Episode 06 – “Song for the Dead”
The dreamy frontman of buzzy rock ‘n’ roll band The Queenmakers is found dead in the dressing room, just as they are about to go on for their set. Upon inspection, Sister Boniface finds a peculiar sting on the back of his neck.

Season 2, Episode 07
Poisons, trace evidence, blood stains, etymology. She’s more up to speed on the latest forensic techniques than the Police.

Season 2, Episode 08
Sister Boniface and the gang are horrified to discover the hallmarks of a ritualistic human sacrifice in the woods, supposedly acted out by a coven of witches.

Season 2, Episode 09 – “Stage Fright”
CC Lowsley is in a frenzy with preparations for Great Slaughter Amateur Dramatic Society’s upcoming production. Drama and reality soon blur however when leading actor is killed by the leading actress during rehearsals.

Season 2, Episode 10 – “The Good Samaritan”
When local resident Irene Symonds is found murdered in a method matching that of the ‘The Good Samaritan’ killer, Sister Boniface fears the worst – the killer is back.

Season 2, Episode 00 – “Christmas Special 2023”
It’s Christmas and Britain is in the grips of the worst winter on record. When a precious jewel is stolen from a snowbound train, the crime-solving nun uncovers murder, ancient curses and dark family secrets.
