The 2023 NXT Vengeance Day was the 11th Vengeance professional wrestling event produced by WWE, and the third annual held for the promotion’s NXT brand division. It took place on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, marking the first major NXT event to be held in North Carolina and the second Vengeance event held at this venue after the 2006 event, when it was formerly known as Charlotte Bobcats Arena; the arena changed its name to Spectrum Center in 2016.
