Comment: The magazine cover of Chess For Beginners accomplishes very little to support – whatever – it is their agenda may be in regard to their cover picture. It being (by example: to learn how to ride a horse – one must FIRST get on it…!!!!) And so, by example – to play a game of chess one MUST FIRST: learn how to position the board AND place the pieces Correctly upon it…!

SHAME on those who would … in an attempt … to seemingly support such an altruistic point end up doing just the opposite…!!! It being: Playing white – the white square must be on the right of the board’s first rank. And the queen placed upon the center square of her own color … SEE the arrow: Study the pieces.
