Jeremy, a patriarch of a young family with teenage children, loses his job and decides to move to the backwoods of Georgia to help his crazy grandfather. Grandpa Vinny has foolishly purchased a terribly run-down home for the elderly and he is in way over his head, but comedy ensues as Mr. Brown and Cora show up at the right time as needy investors.

After Lindor gets arrested, Jeremy tries to assist in getting him released.

Philip may not be good at chemistry but he’s great at fixing things, so Mr. Brown gets him to fix his VCR; Philip does such a good job that Mr. Brown keeps bringing him more and more things to fix.

Season 3, Episode 05 – “Testing 1,2,3”
Phillip is struggling with the SAT test, and he has huge anxiety about it. It also doesn’t help that reading isn’t a big hobby of his. So, Cora and the entire group encourages him to read, and helps him study.

Season 3, Episode 06 – “Efe the Great”
Efe is mobbed by the media when he becomes an accidental hero, but the crew uses Efe’s sudden fame for their own gain.

Season 3, Episode 07 – “I Would Dye For You”
Jeremy finds a gray hair on his head and attempts to tap into his youthful side, and Mr. Brown writes a eulogy for the local church deacon he hated.

Anastasia’s first ex-husband contacts her for the first time in decades but Anastasia has no interest — she’s never forgiven him for what he did to her in the past. The other residents push her to meet with him, reasoning that people can change.

Season 3, Episode 13 – “Training Day”
Phillip tells Jeremy he wants to play lacrosse. Jeremy realizes he needs to study the sport in order to help his son get ready for tryouts.

Season 3, Episode 14 – “Bye Bye Mr.Brown”
Mr. Brown is warned to stop eating at Bama’s Big Kuntry Burgers, but is fully addicted. Mr. Brown eats a Bama’s Big Kuntry burger in the kitchen while Efe and Cora watch the news.

Season 3, Episode 15 – “Don’t Get Ugly”
Brown gets fed up with the residents spending time at the competing assisted living facility across the street.

Season 3, Episode 16 – “Head In The Clouds”
Leah and Jeremy are excited to be getting away for a holiday with just the two of them A.K.A. a Bae-cation. Meanwhile, Sandra needs to get an internship in order for her to graduate. She has no prospects.

Season 3, Episode 17 – “Twin It to Win It”
Anastasia’s twin sister comes to visit, but Anastasia refuses to talk to her. The Pleasant Days crew tries to get to the bottom of their estrangement and encourage the twins to reconcile.

After multiple failed attempts to try and hang out with Sandra for a girl’s day, Leah reaches the sad realization that her baby is no longer a baby.

Phillip has been very responsible and begs to drive Jeremy’s new car; Jeremy gives him the opportunity to drive, Philip wrecks Jeremy’s new car after a night out with his friends.

The Washington family throws a celebration for Sandra as she prepares for her new life as a college student.
