Three celebrated food experts put the latest group of contestants through a series of challenging elimination rounds and turn one home cook into a culinary master.

Season 11, Episode 01 – “Emeril Lagasse – Auditions Round 1”
Home cooks serve up their signature dishes to judges Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Aarón Sánchez and guest judge Emeril Lagasse.

Season 11, Episode 02 – “Curtis Stone – Auditions Round 2”
With only nine aprons remaining in the audition round, the search for the next MASTERCHEF continues. The next round of home cooks have just 45 minutes to impress the judges, along with guest judge and legendary Michelin Star chef Curtis Stone, who also is a judge on FOX’s CRIME SCENE KITCHEN.

Season 11, Episode 03 – “Paula Deen – Auditions Round 3”
It’s the final audition round of the season and only five of the 15 white aprons remain unclaimed for the season. The undeniable queen of Southern cuisine, Paula Deen is this week’s legendary guest judge, alongside Gordon, Joe & Aarón.

Season 11, Episode 04 – “Chef Morimoto – Monkfish Challenge”
Legendary Michelin Star chef Morimoto sets the bar high with his monkfish demonstration, leaving the cooks desperate to impress in their first elimination challenge.

Season 11, Episode 05 – “Sherry Yard – Dessert Challenge”
One of the world’s most influential pastry chefs, Sherry Yard, visits the MASTERCHEF kitchen. With elimination on the line, this dessert challenge puts the spotlight on the home cooks’ baking skills for the first time.

Season 11, Episode 06 – “Michael Mina – Meat Roulette”
It’s the home cooks’ first Mystery Box challenge and to add to the pressure, Michelin Star chef Michael Mina is the guest judge of this week’s challenge. The cooks must create a MASTERCHEF-worthy beef dish without knowing what cut of beef they will be cooking until the mystery box is opened.

Season 11, Episode 07 – “Nancy Silverton – Pasta Challenge”
With the top 10 at their fingertips and an elimination on the table, Michelin Star chef Nancy Silverton challenges the home cooks with a fresh pasta challenge. The cooks must prove they can master this Italian staple and impress with a pasta dish of their own.

Season 11, Episode 08 – “Jonathan Waxman – California Mystery Box”
The top 10 home cooks take on a Californian Mystery Box Challenge, with Michelin Star Chef Jonathan Waxman as guest judge. It’s the highest stakes challenge yet with an elimination no one sees coming.

Season 11, Episode 09 – “Roy Choi – Elevated Street Food”
The pioneering king of the food truck revolution, Roy Choi, tasks the home cooks with making a street food dish worthy of a Michelin star restaurant.

Season 11, Episode 10 – “Cook For Your Legend”
Chef Ramsay challenges the home cooks to create a dish for the most important legend yet – their own personal legends. Their personal legends could be someone they look up to, a personal hero, or even a family member who inspires them. One home cook’s dish will end up on the chopping block.

In the first test, the participants enter the kitchen and are surprised by the Caju and Chestnut embolada duo singing on the mezzanine.

Season 11, Episode 13 – “Legends Dinner”
Four legendary chefs grace the MASTERCHEF kitchen for a one-of-a-kind Chef’s Table team challenge that pits boys against girls. It’s an intimidating Michelin Star lineup as Val Cantu, Jonathan Yao, Sherry Yard and Tanya Holland take a seat in the MASTERCHEF restaurant, to judge a two-course menu created by the home cooks.

Season 11, Episode 14 – “Ludo Lefebvre – Timed Out Mystery Box”
Legendary French chef Ludo Lefebvre joins to guest judge a Mystery Box challenge with a twist. The home cooks are challenged to make two elevated French Bistro-style dishes in 90 minutes to guarantee themselves a spot in the semifinals.

Season 11, Episode 15 – “Semi Final – 3 Chef Showdown”
The remaining four semi-finalists are challenged to a “3 Chef Showdown” — a brand-new culinary triathlon that sees the home cooks making three dishes back-to-back — alongside three different Legendary chefs. This is a window into the fast-paced world of a professional chef, with each round’s prize being a guaranteed spot in the finale. The cooks must keep up with Nyesha Arrington, Michelin Star chef Suzette Gresham, and finally, the biggest culinary legend of them all, Chef Ramsay.

Season 11, Episode 16 – “Semi Final Pt 2 – 3 Chef Showdown”

Season 11, Episode 17 – “Finale – Curtis Stone”
