United We Fall follows the trials and tribulations of Jo and Bill, parents of two young kids, as they try to make it day to day as a functioning family. Bill’s very judgmental live-in mother and Jo’s large, Latinx Catholic family will never hesitate to let our couple know they’re seemingly screwing up, but Bill and Jo will always have each other’s backs, united against everyone – other parents, teachers, doctors, specialists, coaches, co-workers and, especially, their kids.

Season 01, Episode 01 – “Pilot”
Bill and Jo juggle a typical day that starts with a parent-teacher conference and ends with a trip to the ER. After defending their parenting style, or lack thereof, to teachers, doctors and social workers, they find comfort in the fact that their kids are healthy and happy and that they’re all in this together

Season 01, Episode 02 – “THE BITER”
At Chuy’s insistence, Bill and Jo finally enroll Lulu in preschool only to discover she is a biter. While they navigate incident reports and overprotective parents, Sandy explores their family history with an ancestry DNA kit.

Season 1, Episode 03 – “Date Night”
Bill and Jo reluctantly ask Sandy to babysit after Chuy and Brie convince them to join their weekly date night; Bill and Jo discover they’re a bit rusty at romance, while Sandy discovers she’s a bit rusty at parenting.

Season 1, Episode 04 – “PARTICIPATION TROPHY”
In an attempt to get Emily interested in something other than her iPad, Bill and Jo enroll her in her uncle Chuy’s soccer clinic. Meanwhile, Sandy’s infamous gift-giving habit gets out of hand.

Season 1, Episode 05 – “My Favorite Marta”
Jo steps in as a role model for her teenage niece Marta much to her strict father Chuy’s dismay. Bill plays matchmaker for Sandy who, under the influence of post-colonoscopy drugs, inadvertently professes her love for her first husband Dave.

Season 1, Episode 06 – “You’re Doing It Wrong”
Bill and Jo take their niece Marta in after she clashes with her father, Chuy, while Bill regrets playing matchmaker when he gets wind of Dave’s plans to propose to Sandy.

Season 1, Episode 07 – “THE WEEKEND”
Bill and Jo confirm the universal truth that when one has kids, one’s wee worse than one’s week.

Season 1, Episode 08 – “Re-Wedding Crashers”
Bill and Jo decided to renew their marriage vows on their 10th year anniversary. But an approaching blizzard threatens to ruin their plans, not to mention the antics of their overzealous extended family.
