Can’t get it to work. Used this keygen for years and never had an issue. This year says” Invalid activation code. Please use the one provided by our customer service center”. Did at least 6 different key generations, and none worked. What am I doing wrong? Yes, I changed the number to B926. Thanks.

Thanks Max but I read all the comments before I posted my question, and now read them again. I do not see how people asking for a US version or simply thanking you, would help with my problem. Maybe someone will reply with a solution.
I followed the instructions to a tee and still getting the same error message that bob is getting.
Instructions:
– click the plus sign beside reset and you will see the top of page change
– then change the B937 to B926
– open software
– click generate button, your install code will be automatically pasted to activation dialog, click next, choose telephone activation
– copy your computer code from activation dialog to keygen, put in computer code part
– click Generate button one more time and your proper activation code will be automatically pasted to activation dialog- click Next and you will see a successful activate message.

Never mind the key gen actually works. I was missing the step of
copy your computer code from activation dialog to keygen, put in computer code part
make sure you copy your computer code to the key gen then hit generate again then next.

Will you be posting TurboTax 2020-Canadian Version soon? Last year you were so goo to post it on Dec 17-2019.
I see that they have changed the installation process. It does not ask for the installation key anymore it goes right to the license key. Has any one figure out how to get around this
