Other stuff downloading extremely fast – like 8MB/s to 10MB/s but this downloads at about 650KB/s to 900KB/s. 1080p Rip is all I am testing. This is happening at more than one place using different internet connections

Seems like this is on a server that is struggling to handle the download requests.

This being a paid for premium service with no speed download restrictions why would this be downloading so crap yet other things downloading at premium speeds

Still excruciatingly slow for this upload – yet others are flying down. Who do we address this too as paid subscriptions are not getting what they paid for speed wise in this case?

Who can the issue be taken up with for further investigation?

Blacklist / Blindpsot came down combined at 8.5MB/s to 11MB/s, This is between 750KB/s to 800KB’s

As stated – happening on more than one device on more than one internet connection so it can’t be device or ISP related

Even the comments section n teh side have this to say:

This proves that rarefile are having some sort of server / network issue with where this is stored.

Once again – this has now been over 7hrs and nothing from you or rarefile on the matter. Much like the server crash the other week and nothing.

It is a huge let down that this is how PAID subscribers are treated. No communication and no assistance.

Sorry to sound all complaining like but when the same thing keeps happening and you get no answers when you have PAID for something then it is frustrating and totally NOT acceptable.

Rarefile is promoted is “fast” and “reliable’ none of which is true at the moment – at least for this upload.

Sad part is – I do not even want this – I was merely running a test because I was asked to by someone else to see if there was an issue

Turns out there is – and reported 7hrs ago – and nothing done about it

That was quite rude to not reply to the post about poor rarefile speed performance – yet able to reply “thanks” to someone else

That was extremely poor form and lacklustre support

Seems you can take a “thanks” but not criticism

It’s unfortunately that yourself and rarefile ignore issues that are raised by paying customers

What awesome support you have shown such respect (total sarcasm)

I am disgusted you are willing to take money no worries but not address legitimate support issue

You normally do such a great job here but that is easy to do when things are going well. The mark of a true support is hoeing it when there are also issues – which most of the time you added very well… like fixing bad uploads or going out of your way to help etc. again normally excellent

But a blaintent disregard of answering where someone can raise an issue due to poor performing servers (mis that in with not replying to rarefile down / server issues the other week) and makes things not sit right.

Please keep up the great work – but also do NOT ignore genuine issues and questions that I’ve been asked.

WOW. Really. You need to go somewhere with all the negativity. Max does a great job in getting the stuff out and makes corrections as soon as possible.
STOP BEING A HATER. If you don’t like it go to some other site and take your chances…Just go some where with all the nonsense….

To the complainers:

Killer D: I always compliment max and thank him for what he does here. I know he does a great job round here – especially when things are going good OR fixing up bad uploads etc. but it does not mean you can’t complain about the bad things either.

Killer D: you need to learn a negative post does NOT mean you are a hater. I think Max is awesome. Stop assuming one is a hater just because they make a complaint. Just because someone calls Max “rude” doesn’t make them a hater. It was pointing out a fact for a “point in time”. It does not mean he is always rude, just was on this occasion.

JainD: you all need to look up the word troll and get its true definition!!! Complaining because someone doesn’t give support when things are bad does not make you a troll.

I guess it makes you a troll when you go out for dinner, it comes out burnt and you complain about it to be fixed…. yep.. such a troll thing to do.

Max does get a kick back from rarefile – so yes we are paying him – don’t be so blindsided

End result:

1. You aren’t a troll just because you make a complaint
2. You ain’t a troll just because you make a few negative posts
3. When you ask where to go because your paid subscription quality of service is not being met and get ignored – you aren’t a troll..

Let’s be clear here:

Max promoted rarefile subscriptions
Max gets a kick back
Max does a great job here – not complaining about that – but it is also his job and how he makes a LOT of money

However: when there are issues with rarefile servers Max and rarefile rarely respond, give updates or anything like that. They sit in silence

That is where Max and rarefile let everyone down. For a free user: 100% no complaints as you are getting what you have NOT paid for

As a paid user: you have every right to raise an issue when you are not getting what you paid for. And when you are ignored, you have every right to complain about that too. And that does NOT make you a troll or negative person!!

Anyway, this will fall completely on deaf ears

Max – will say it again – thanks for all your great work here. You make posts fast, fix posts fast and do a lot of great support. They only advise I have is when things are going wrong rarefile side please respond, please update or please refer people to the correct support people. We come to you as you have a direct link to rarefile staff

P.s. if I was Max: I would delete these posts to clean up the thread. Doesn’t bother me either way but best to keep a thread on point and I apologise to everyone for derailing this thread. I should have emailed Max directly and tried dealing with this one on one as that would have been the right thing to do.
