The earth is being bombarded by plasma balls, which fry people and stuff, but that’s only the beginning. A far greater threat will destroy the earth unless our intrepid geeky movie line-quoting video store clerks can save the day (oddly, the most unbelievable part of the movie is that there’s still an open video store in existence). The special effects are not bad, and the acting, apart from a few really noticeable Canadian accents, isn’t bad either.

Michelle Rodriguez, as it turns out, didn’t like anyone. “I was like, ‘Who’s the Kenny Barbie doll,’ when I looked at Paul…. I thought Jordana was prissy ninny. I thought Vin was a dick,” she said, before adding, “and I was wrong about each and every one of them.” Nice save, Michelle.

The Turk’s clue about the Book of Leaves leads Leonardo to Wallachia and an encounter with Vlad Dracula, while Lorenzo and Piero have a meeting with the Duke of Urbino. Later, the spy search intensifies.

Amanda puts her final plan into effect as the third season ends. Her diabolical plot places Nikita in a life-threatening situation and forces her to choose between saving Michael or herself. The team tries to stop Amanda but, with a diminished Division, fears she may have them out-gunned.
