Nov 14 | Adobe CS4 Complete Activation Method for All CS4 Products |
This works for all Adobe CS4 products including the Master Collection.
Download the trial versions from Adobe. From there, you can use this keygen / activation instructions to activate it. I have tested this and it is working 100%, even if you change your clock forward to 2018.
Don’t forget to activate like it says in the method.txt file before you enter your serial number. If you enter this serial number in any application, it will work for all Adobe CS4 applications.
The beauty of this method is that you essentially trick CS4 into thinking that you’re serial isn’t blacklisted. Just to let you know, this isn’t a cheap firewall method. The programs are unblocked in my firewall and it’s working fine.
It is important that you install the program as a trial, then follow the method in the activation file, and then install the keygen. It must be done in this order. If you install the program with a key, it will mess it all up.
For those of you who can’t get the Activation to work, the Patch / Crack is included.

Hi Max, I tried everything but couldn’t make it work. I have one question though that kinda confused me. The instruction says Modify this file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Add this to the end of it:
127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com
“add this to the end of it”…does that mean the same line or at the end of the code? When I added (to both places separately) it wouldn’t let me save it in that area saying that I had no permission to change the page. Can you please advise?

Hi WinstonSmith, make sure to do this with administration rights if you are using Vista, kindly open the file with notepad and add the line “127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com” at the end of it, thank you very much

Thnx Alot Max i got Photo Shop cs4 from adobe website and it was a fast download but the host file replace crack didint work for me but the other crack worked perfectly thnx again And for any 1 thinking of getting this DO IT! its worth it

A word of warning when you are installing only install photoshop and adobe bridgethe rest is crap ware that will bog down your pc unless you know what you are doing and want those featres i suggest you dont tick those boxes

This doesnt seem to work with Windows 7 Ultimate….it keeps telling me the serial is invalid…I am able to give it a new one each time and it will work for that time – please help need a fix!!

Hi max, Im runing the Adobe CS4 Collection, I got the license not valide message, Im afraid to run a crack because the last time i used a crack on my pc and it damaged son dll files, so i dont know what to do.
Shoul I uninstall the CS4 Collection and reintall it again and do as it says, because the first time i installed it, i did not change the host file, i just ran the activation keygen and got the program working fin until the next day that it got blocked.
Plus the host file does not let me modify it, im running as a administrator user and doen no let me modify it.
What shoul i do?
What steps should i take?
Should i uninstall the CS4 Collection and reintall it?
please help me because im going nuts with this, thanks

Hi Christyann, unfortunately there is no way the program will become registered if the keygen is not used, that is the only way to activate it. Yes you need to uninstall but please use Windows Install Clean Up which you can download from microsoft for free, this will remove all registry files associated with the program you are uninstalling, thank you very much

Hi Max,
I got the same problem. “Licence for this product has expired.” That’s after I downloaded trail version yesterday and ran a key gen. After that it would not even start the CS4. It would bring me to terms and condition window and after accepting nothing… I have Vista SP1 and also I cant find windows install clean up from Microsoft to uninstall it and delete it from the registry.

Hi there maxdugan! I noticed you managed to resolve an issue for Chris regarding his Host file. Im having trouble editing my Vista: windows\system32\drivers\etc\host file in notepad… etc. I’m logged in as administrator but it says Cannot create the c:\windows\…\hosts file. Make sure that the path and file name are correct. I have tried right clicking the file/folder properties, sercurity tab and selecting edit to change permissions. But when i click the edit button i get a Windows Security dialog box (“Can’t open the access control editor. Invalid value for registry.”) I have also tried clicking the advanced button, for advanced security settings for hosts and same there. I basically can’t edit my host file.

OJ, try right clicking hosts file, properties then changing administration rights for all users (total control) That worked for me under Win7 will probably work for Vista too (I maybe have the words not quite correct as I’m on a french system)
1 question I have, the CS4 works fine with your method, but I cant get the CS4 64bit working, I get the expired serial for that. Any ideas on why?

To change the host-file.
Go to start-Accessories
Rightclick on notepad – choose open as administrator.
Then you will be able to save the file….
