A man attempts to break away from a malevolent group that kidnaps and tortures people before reprogramming to succumb to their captors and selling them to the highest bidder. In a sleepy rural area exists a most heinous underground organization devoted to vile human trafficking. But one member of the organization is having second thoughts about his actions, and his accomplice wants to leave this grim world of torture behind as well. Meanwhile, as these two desperate souls seek a means of making a clean break from their violent pasts, an expectant couple on a road trip decides to take a break from driving and check into a local hotel. Little these weary travelers realize that their peaceful vacation is about to take a nightmarish turn; in this line of business, no one gets out alive.
