    Hi Audiobug, kindly mount and burn the content into a cd using daemon tools or an iso software like poweriso or magiciso, configure your bios to boot from the cd first instead of the hard disk, thank you :)

    Download’s well, and install perfectly. Currently used the upgrade option. will be using the fresh install option in next few days after taking all the backup. still far no problem. for other users after you burn the image on a cd, check the cd, you will find the key on the cd as a file name i.e. the file name itself is the cd key. The cd is bootable so its a added bouns. Thanks maxdugan for such a wonderfull job.

    hey max! thanks for the post, my problem now is how can i burn it to a regular cd? since the max of cd-r is 700MB while the file is 713MB? theres a way to compress this file? thanks in advance looking forward for ur immediate respond.

    Hi Jombugs, its an iso file which can be bigger, but when you mount and burn the iso image file, it will all fit into a black CD, thank you :)

    I said that I checked the version of this windows and it is 2002 sp3. and asked whether it is really the original version, or replacked.?

    Hi Ketan, i am very sorry that your comment was deleted, the server crashed earlier and all the comments from midnight of last night until 3 pm today were lost, we did not intentionally delete the comments, hundreds were lost and we apologize for this inconvenience. With regards to your question, this is the original XP which has its copyright in 2002, you will not find an XP with a copyright of 2009, this is the original retail version with SP3 integrated until July 2009, thank you very much :)

    Hi Maxdugan thanks for the upload. i need your help though. I was able to burn all of this into a blank DVD Disk ( I copy pasted all to the blank DVD). Would that be fine. I tried installing but my pc says its invalid boot disk and needs blah blah … SP3..etc.. How do we correct this problem. Thank you again

    Hi 9breaker, the result of the extraction is an iso image file, you should mount this using daemon tools or any iso software, then burn into a blank cd, if you extracted the iso file into your hard disk, then burn the contents into a cd, this will not be bootable, kindly maintain the iso image file as it is and use poweriso or magiciso to burn it directly to a cd, thank you :)

    hmmmm, nice ok, well fine allright thanks. :) . Power ISO burns the image completely well even if the size of this iso is larger than the CD size. The disk verification failed. So I was not sure, but still I tried installing it on a fresh drive. I have installed the windows, and it is working well. Working with it in parallel to make sure if it is stable enough to make it my Primary OS and drive.

    Hi Max, I was able to install this however I’m having trouble as there is no sound! :( Drivers are updated as per Device manager. However in the control panel it still says no sound device found. I’ve updated Realtek drivers, UAA, etc. but no luck. Im wondering if anyone here experienced the same problem. Any solution to this?

    Hi Ketan, the only reason i can think of why the verification failed is that the burning speed was too fast, burning it at a lower speed is always recommended for Windows OS’s, or the blank CD is damaged, thank you :)

    Hi Mags, please make sure not to install this OS over another OS, the best thing is to delete and wipe clean the partition using Hirens Bood CD before installing a new OS, thank you very much :)

    Please tell me, how to bring the repair setup during boot? I tried going through all the options during boot instalation. When I select a OS or partition, it gives only two options quit and enter. and if I press enter, there are the format options only. There is no ‘press ‘R’ key’ for repair option. :-( .

    Hi Ketan, with how i understand it, you have more than one OS in your PC? is this correct, please email me more specifics, this OS has all the regular xp features including repair but when you have more than 1 OS, i dont think it will recognize it, thank you :)

    I see. Thanks for the quick response. Been seeing PCs using unlicensed XP and the year set is always 2002. I thought this is a way of tricking the license,hehe..
    Anyhow, thanks for the upload. Will try it soon. Running on XP SP3 performance edition now but I guess it lacks drivers as I could not install my nokia phone as a modem, while it had no problems on other SP3 machines…
    So excited to install this one as it’s safe to turn automatic updates on!
