   I have a problem, i installed everything and followed the instructions but after installing i tried to open up premiere pro, but a there was a pop-up that says ‘licensing for this product is expired’.

   What happened?

   HI Alyson, there are many reasons why this happened? Did you have an older version of Adobe Premiere installed before installing this version? The best thing to do now is to uninstall it, reboot and install it again following the instructions but you need to make sure all registry entries that came with it will be removed, kindly download and use Windows Install Clean Up which you can download for free from Microsoft to uninstall, thank you very much
