Now, nearly twenty years and 325 pounds later, “Big Louie’s” unprecedented return to bodybuilding is a story of personal triumph, as he faces his fears and Boyer Coe in the “Mr. Olympia” competition at the age of 43.

However there are no known tips for aspiring bodybuilders, no hints or techniques given away, just Lou’s story, but that in itself is pretty motivating. This is well made and you’ll find yourself watching it more than once, definite value for money.
