Stanford University Artificial Intelligence Laboratory has developed an auto-trace tool that is dramatically more accurate than the tools in either Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. The conversion process as such is called tracing or vectorization and is something that has historically been done mostly by hand. An automated tool like the Vector Magic web service can make this otherwise tedious task quick and painless.

    I really get amazing results with this toy! I really love the way this software works and the interface are very easy to understand. This is the best tracing software i used so far and it has a very simple interface but with a very unique feature that other vector or tracing software like coreltrace and illustrator don’t have. very useful for tracing scanned images/drawings and vectorizing it with this amazing software.

    Hi Pusoy, the download comes with a crack which you need to copy and paste (overwrite) the original exe file in the program directory, thank you :)

    Hmm I get an application quit unexpectedly immediately when clicking the new vmde after it has replaced the previous one.

    Vista x64 Ultimate
    Intel Dual Core, 4 GB RAM (both at stock speed and tested stable)

    Any ideas?

    Why does that matter? x64 can run most 32 bit applications just fine. This program installed into the Program Files (x86) folder like all my other 32 bit programs. Any idea on where to find an x64 bit version? I haven’t found it via any of the usual channels (Bittorrent, Usenet, Rapidshare,etc.)
