ive downloaded the file but i dont know how to run it. please give direction how to use the rar files

ok, to use a .rar file u need to use a program like 7z or winRar to open it. i recommend 7z (7-zip) it opens .rar, .zip, .arch, and several others. once you download 7z goto the pcsx2.rar file and right click it… then goto open with 7z and then it’ll basically walk you through the rest.

Well i seem to have a lil bit of a problem here?I have all the nessesary things for the game and i can’t start it.The game is Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3.I was wondering should i download the game or not ?
