   HAZ. Google for Netmeter. Its freeware and will do everything you want and more. Monthly totals up and down no problem at all.

    Haz try this it works in Firefox ( http://netusage.iau5.com/ ) Gives you everything you need. Peak and off Peak downloads. I find mine after installing it by going to customize picking it and adding it to the toolbar. Can’t help you much more than that. You have to put in your ISP password etc also your amount that you are allowed to download.
