It all started with Sex and Zen in 1991 that became an Oriental classic film – beautifully good looking women with gorgeous bodies, humor, plot, a lot of sex and ending with a moral. It spurned two more sequels in 1996 and 1998…

SEX AND ZEN
A recently married scholar goes on a quest for knowledge of other people’s wives, based on his philosophical differences with the Sack Monk. He encounters the Flying Thief, who agrees to help him find women, but only if he attains a penis as big as a horse’s. The scholar has a surgeon attach said unit, and he’s off and running on his mission, only to find that there are obstacles to his new lifestyle, such as jealous husbands and treacherous females.

SEX AND ZEN 2
Wealthy Squire, Sai, is obsessed with sex and has an ambition to sleep with as marry beautiful women as he can in a life’s time. However, he is extremely strict with the virginity of his own daughter, Yau. When she leaves to study, he has disguised her as a man and installed on her a chastity device with sharp rotating blades to protect her from men’s advances. Yet she falls in love with a young swordsman, Ironman, who is pursuing the deadly demon called the Mirage Lady. The succubus is using her sexual power to drain peoples energy. A deadly confrontation occurs when the Mirage Lady marries Yau’s brother and secretly has an affair with her father…

SEX AND ZEN 3
The Sex And Zen trilogy owes much of its success to a certain scene in the first film involving two women and a flute. Part Three continues the sexual lust, this time with three main characters. Fanny , Susan and Chunyin – all from poor families – are sold to Madame Kau’s Golden Palace brothel, securing their families’ financial wellbeing. As virgins, they are showcased by Golden Palace, drawing noblemen and merchants willing to part with their hard earned taels for pleasure. As with each of the films thus far, these characters are all gifted with a specific sexual gift or in this film’s case, mutation, which gives each woman a unique appeal (one of the three girls is unable to satisfy men normally and must turn to the powers of the tongue). The three women plan to escape with the aid of a young male student from their mistress. However this may not be quite as easy as it seems.
