Angelo is a down-on-his luck stuntman who continues to dream of action stardom even if the action genre is already dead like his idol, Fernando Poe Jr. When he fails an audition for a film, his wife Kara, herself a former movie extra who now sells tickets at a rundown movie theater in Quiapo, threatens to leave him if he doesn’t find a real job.
