i have reloaded this program 5 times exactly as it says in the notes .it tells me its been activated , when i close it and reopen it its says not legit rego number

i downloaded it then i disconnected from from my moden, and i run biddefenders firewall so could not get anywhere near the internet. then i loaded it as said in details but still says not the right rego number
as ui said b4 it says it activated but when shut down and restart it says neen to activated it ?????
