The patch worked after installing the program, but, reverts back to being inactivated after booting pc. Is there a newer version than 7.4.0.5820?

Iobit malware latest definitions update will not now allow the patch, tried many ways including allowing Iobit to add it to white list but patch deleted when you add it to the directory to run. Disabled every security available to man. Its either that or latest updates to windows 10?
