This release is to be considered RTM in various news-articles and as infos suggest, the exact same version re-sellers received to ship out to customers at the end of july 2015, except of the inconvenient fact that those releases will not be possible to activate offline like this one!
This release is NOT meant to upgrade your current Windows! We strongly suggest to do a CLEAN installation since this is the ENTERPRISE edition.
However, I tried upgrading and it did work.
